The Playground Creatives

This is who you will be working, collaborating, inventing, exploring, yesanding, learning, creating, laughing, arguing, crying and playing with:

Graham Painter

Graham PainterSome say he’s a Turk. Others swear he’s a Gypsy. Graham maintains he’s just a lost redneck from Texas. After living and working in Houston, New York, Miami, Bucharest and Istanbul, Graham graduated Miami Ad School and has been in London ever since. After a few years of teaching courses for Miami Ad School London, Graham thought it would be a good idea to link up with his good mates Craig Kind and Nick Field and start a Portfolio School: The Playground Academy was born.
Graham previously worked at Grey London and is currently a freelance creative.

Craig Kind

Craig Kind We know what you're thinking. Craig looks Nigerian. That's because Craig IS Nigerian. Born in Southport, UK, Craig's family moved to Lagos shortly thereafter, where Craig spent his formative years. People there knew him as, "Witch Doctor" because of his magical abilities.

Legend has it, when provoked, Craig would touch the genitalia of his victim, causing their privates to fall off within the next day. Needless to say, Craig was never kidnapped and trafficked back into the UK.

He came back on his own volition.

Nick J Field

Nick Field

Some say he’s a figment of his own imagination. Others swear he’s a big cat. Nick maintains he’s just a just an adventurer pirate navigating the seas of hope. Nick grew up in Spain where he learnt to cook tortilla and appreciate café culture. Anyone who loves to chat and drink coffee should contact him. But not early in the morning.

After years of working in and studying Management, he got very bored and decided to give up everything he had to pursue his ambition of becoming an Actor. He subsequently became a much nicer person as well as a gypsy traveller touring the country and performing in some very big and some very small venues. Nick has recently appeared on the telly and is waiting for ITV and BBC to call him. While he waits he spends his time being a restaurateur, entrepreneur, bon viveur, teacheur, writeur and film makeur.

PS. The Playground is a place to have fun and feel free to be expressive in a safe environment. The fact that we are all holding guns in the photos is not an indicator of an innate desire to shoot things or blow things up. This CAN be fun, but only in controlled circumstances, and should typically involve animals and small children.
